Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. For returns or exchanges, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Certain items such as perfumes, makeup, and inflatables are non-refundable unless sent in error or received
damaged. In case of defective or damaged goods, please reach out within 3 days of delivery for assistance.

Return Process

Replacement Orders: Will be processed once the original item is picked up.
Customer-Initiated Exchanges: A nominal fee of $4 will be charged for delivery.
● For electronic items, we will arrange for a pickup, inspect the item, and update you on the exchange process. The typical processing time for electronic exchanges is 5-9 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in cash directly to you by the delivery driver during pickup.
